A London born and based practitioner, Jason’s first experience with yoga was in Jan 2018. The initial idea was to find something that would support the body and mind through sports injuries and working life. He discovered yoga to be revealing, humbling and healing.

To further inform his practice Jason enrolled in and completed the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course at Sangye Yoga School in 2019. He is grateful to cat and phil douglas who have guided him and many practitioners through that life altering experience.

Jason has also completed training in Neuro-Biomechanics for Yoga with Celest Pereira (2023) and Restorative Yoga Level 2 with Anna Ashby (2024).

The factors that steered Jason towards yoga still exist today and they’re not going anywhere. They’re just managed a little differently; with kindness and curiosity.
